Senior Commercial Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Own Portfolio Management: Take charge of a diverse portfolio, overseeing both trading and non-trading assets to optimise income and minimise costs.
Effective Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring compliance, and providing expert property advice.
Financial Oversight: Approve invoices and contribute towards achieving the company's broader financial targets.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Commercial Real Estate Expertise: Proven experience in a Commercial Real Estate role with a strong understanding of property law.

Professional Qualifications: Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards.

Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, contributing effectively to collective goals.
