Senior Credit Controller

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a experienced Senior Credit Controller to join their successful team with their property arm of their insurance company. You will have previous experience working within a Credit Control function within Real Estate and the ability to manage your own portfolio of assets.

Job Duties:

• Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation

• To manage and control the issuing of rent demands for all property assets

• Produce all aged debt reports for the portfolio management teams

• You will be responsible for managing and collecting debts using pro-active collection techniques

• Effectively manage workload across portfolio of clients and maintain strong working relationships

• Promote and develop relationships with key contacts throughout the business

• Work closely with property managers and surveyors to review client debt and recommend debt write offs where applicable

• Assist with client on-boarding and new start form set-up process

• Partner the business to reduce debt position

• Creation of required debt reports to maintain accurate records of all chasing activity

Personal Specification:

• You will have previous experience working within a Credit Control function within Real Estate

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Have property management accounts systems experience such as Horizon, Tramps, Yardi, Qube, MRI

• You will have the ability to achieve targets and strive for continual improvements of processes

• You will have strong attention to details and have the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team

• Be able to work in a high volume role with the capabilities to multi task at all times
