A leading boutique investment and development firm are looking for a Senior Investment and Development Consultant to join their growing team in Central London.
This is a great opportunity to join a tight-knit and passionate team of experienced consultants, who are renowned in the industry for delivering on key investment opportunities.
You will be responsible for sourcing new investment and development opportunities across the residential and commercial sectors, with large scope for career progression.
Key requirements include:
Experience within the UK property investment and development space.
A proven track record of sourcing investment opportunities and generating income.
Key knowledge across the Real Estate sector.
Salary ranges from £50,000-£70,000 subject to experience, as well as a very competitive commission structure and benefits package.
