Senior Engineer - Gas Terminal, National Grid - Kent

Our well-renowned client, a Tier 1 main contractor and a world leader in the construction industry, has been awarded a contract by national grid to construct a liquefied natural gas tank in Kent (190,000m3).

With the project due to be completed by 2025, it will involve expanding what is already the largest liquefied natural gas terminal in Europe.

A plant expansion project valued at £175 million, an excellent opportunity has now opened for a Senior Engineer to join a market leading organisation on a permanent basis.

Managing the engineering on your section, you will be confident in making decisions to drive the programme forward and exceed the client's expectations.

You will have a heavy civil engineering background as well as HSEQ training. A degree in a related field would also be desired but not essential if you have the right experience.

Experience on a gas terminal site as a Senior / Managing Engineer would also be advantageous.

Salary:

£52,000 - £60,000
