Senior Facilities Manager

Cobalt is collaborating with a renowned specialist property management company in London who due to growth are seeking multiple Senior Facilities Managers to join their London team and manage a small portfolio of Trophy, Grade A, commercial assets in the City and West London area.

They are seeking someone who has been involved in the mobilisation of commercial assets prior to PC, and can hit the ground running working with their clients directly.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Being a direct line report for both hard and soft services e.g., cleaning, reception, M&E staff etc

  • Ensuring the portfolio meets legislative, regulatory, and environmental standards

  • Procurement and mobilisation, as well as contract management/contract negotiation

  • Building H&S Systems and compliance including method statements, risk assessments, permits to work

  • Management of fitout/refurbishment projects

  • Tenant liaison and weekly meetings

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience managing a portfolio of multi-tenanted offices

  • Full process of drafting a service charge budget to completion

  • Experience in procurement and tendering hard and soft FM contracts

  • Be IOSH OR NEBOSH accredited
