Cobalt is partnering with one the leading Global Commercial Real Estate Consultancies in an urgent search for a Senior Pricing Manager focusing on business partnering for pricing and cost modelling across the EMEA.

This highly commercial role is initially on a 12 month contract, and will be instrumental in partnering across teams across Europe, and with key stakeholders in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with a range of key stakeholders to build and review staffing models based on relevant gearing ratios to ensure relevant margins.

• Develop pricing models and solutions for all the relevant services lines to ensure commercial pricing and solutions are in line with expectations

• Develop and manage operating budgets and pricing structures

• Lead the pricing and financial consolidations for the various EMEA regions to assess the profitability and manage risk vs reward

• Track and reporting key financials that impact the global teams and recording to the CRM system

• Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that services level agreements and documentation

Key Requirements

• Proven financial and analytical skills with the ability to model the various business scenarios

• Analyse large complex datasets in Excel to provide insight and detailed reports for the executive level reporting

• Knowledge of financial terms and principals to review

• Previous experience working with Pricing withing Professional services or Real Estate is highly desirable

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior level stakeholders across different EMEA regions
