Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Commercial Real Estate firm in their search for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team.

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant to support the team in the reviewing and preparation of financial reports, compliance with IFRS and who has strong analytical skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Cashflow forecasting

• Risk mapping

• Treasury management

• Assist with production of monthly and quarterly VAT returns

• Monthly journal posting and reconciliations

• Manage a team of 2 newly qualified members of the team

• Liaise with non-finance members & auditors

Requirements:

• Audit experience, working with large clients

• Strong knowledge of IFRS

• Experience producing reports and financial statements

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
