Senior Investment Surveyor

A leading international real estate firm are looking for a Senior Surveyor to work within their Investment team, based in London. They are seeking a commercially minded Chartered Surveyor, who understands what generates revenue and creates profit.

This is a fantastic opportunity that covers a wide range of activities such as advising clients on investment sales and purchases.

Key Investment Surveyor responsibilities include:

• Works alongside Directors with the valuation, appraisal, and preparation of sales details.

• Actively market properties for sale and report to clients with marketing updates and identify potential new sales instructions from new and existing clients.

• Contributes to pre-due diligence activity for potential acquisitions including cash flow analysis and preparing investment purchase reports for clients.

• Promote and raise the profile of the investment team externally and internally.

• Liaise with other key departments to cross sell clients and related services.

• Works independently on most assignments but receives guidance only on unusual issues.

Key Requirements and experience include:

• Educated to degree level with MRICS.

• Demonstrable record of delivery in the UK Real Estate market, with a transaction background and track record of deals/contributing to deals in the marketplace.

• Previous experience and evidence of enhancing performance through growth and profitability.

Salary will range depending on experience but will be highly competitive, and also involve lucrative wider benefits and exceptional bonus potential.
