Senior New Home Sales Manager

One of the UK's leading independent Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Senior New Homes Sales Manager to join their growing New Home Sales Division in the Berkshire region.

Reporting to the Sales Regional Director with indirect report to Head of Land and New Homes, you will work with all departments to drive market share, revenue and profits from New Homes and related third party income.

As a Senior New Homes Sales Manager, you will need to:

  • Develop new business opportunities and increase penetration and market share in New Homes.

  • Target new developer clients for agent free sites and converting tail end units from tied sites.

  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.

  • Drive additional instructions to branches through part exchange business.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the design of all related branded marketing material.

  • Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous New Homes Estate Agency experience and customer service experience (essential).

  • Be a skilled salesperson able to secure financially profitable instructions and sales opportunities on behalf of the company.

  • Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.

  • Be always motivated and enthusiastic.

  • Structured and organised individual; able to ensure business standards and company business priorities are maintained and focused upon across multiple sites.

  • Display high standards of service and presentation.

  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.

  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence & be insured for business use.
