An industry leading property consultancy are looking for a Senior Office Leasing Agent to join their team in London. They are looking for a well-connected and deal focused candidate who can act for their leading Landlord clients. You will also be required to undertake Tenant Rep work turning leads/ enquiries into the clients of the future.
You will be a key member within a boutique and highly profitable team, with excellent exposure to your leasing deals.
*Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum*
Your daily work will include:
Partnering with clients to manage and execute various office leasing transactions across the West End.
Building extensive relationships with both Landlords and Occupiers to help shape their leasing strategies.
Working closely with both the Leasing and Investment team in sourcing new opportunities.
Managing the existing portfolio of clients, as well as adding to the portfolio through networking.
Skills and Experience include:
MRICS qualified.
Proven experience within an Agency and/or Transactional role, ideally with exposure to offices.
Firm understanding of Real Estate Law and leasing practices.
Ability to network and build relationships.
