Manchester has a fantastic array of opportunities for experienced Planners as we approach the end of 2021 and you will struggle to find a better opportunity than this.

We are working closely with one of the UK's most impressive developers as they look to strengthen their Planning team as they continue to acquire city-centre sites across the UK for residential developments and student accommodation schemes.

As a Senior Planner within the team, you will be tasked with working closely with colleagues across Acquisitions and Development to provide the business with commercial planning advice and to manage their projects throughout the planning process. With sites spanning the UK you will regularly be challenged by the scale and complexity of projects undertaken by the developer.

The Senior Planner will have demonstrable consultancy experience and have gained exposure to residential projects within a city centre setting and will also be well versed in handling contentious applications. Strong communication skills are required as you will be tasked with providing swift, commercial and decisive in-house planning advice throughout the acquisition cycle and planning process. Chartered RTPI membership is essential.
