Senior Project Manager

This supports the Government's levelling up agenda, transforming land and property into sustainable places.

These exciting projects have created the need to expand the team through the appointment of a Senior Project Manager, working with the Commercial Development Director. The role is based in Central Manchester delivering flagship developments across the North West region.

The preferred candidate should be able to demonstrate delivery of commercial, residential and/or mixed-use developments through the full project life cycle with minimal supervision. Professional qualifications are desirable but not essential. In addition, attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
