My client is a leading Property Development & Regeneration Group renowned for their ability to deliver large, long-term projects, creating high-quality spaces for people to both work and live. With a strong pipeline of schemes in play, the Group is looking to recruit a proven Senior Project Manager to join their team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Development Director to ensure the successful project delivery of a defining regional scheme whilst enabling continued growth of the business throughout the North West. A proven track record in the delivery of multi-phased, mixed-use regeneration schemes is essential in addition to demonstrating a sound working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, commercial lettings, and development/funding agreements. A sound understanding of sustainable delivery would be advantageous.
