Senior Property Manager

A client of mine are looking to recruit a Senior property manager ready to step up and to oversee and manage a residential and mixed-use portfolio. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work for a market-leading company that offers amazing career progression.

My client requires someone who has a great understanding of all areas of Property management as well as previous experience in team management. In this role, you will cover all aspects of Property management from any HR issues to dealing with clients and any maintenance issues that need to be addressed. It is essential that you have strong knowledge of health and safety and property legislation.

Your day to day role will require you to deal with Service charge budgets, year-end accounts, maintain good landlord and tenant relationships, prepare reports from major works, assist the team with any issues that they have, and attend any resident's meetings when required.

Skills required:

  • Strong IT knowledge

  • The ability to work under pressure and multitask

  • Confident when speaking with colleagues and clients of different levels

  • MIRPM qualified

  • Previous team management experience

Working hours for this role are Monday- Friday 09:00 - 17:30

The Salary provided is £45,000- £55,000 dependent on experience plus extra company benefits
