Senior Property manager (Clientside)

Central London

My client is one of the most prestigious estates in central London having been established for over 100 years, they have a highly reputable name in the market and own some of the most sought after real estate within industry. They have a very rare opportunity to take on a Senior Block Manager within their existing team to look after a portion of their residential portfolio.

This role will involve overseeing the managing agents instructed on the portfolio ensuring the quality of service expected is upheld as well as directly managing a few properties. You would be responsible for ensuring all issues/disputes are handled efficiently, producing monthly reports, and producing and monitoring budgets.

This is a senior position within the business thus the need of extensive experience within leasehold management ideally with exposure to Clientside management overseeing managing agents. Experience dealing with luxury/high end properties would be preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Regular Property inspections & attendance of resident AGM's where necessary

  • Deal with occupier's day-to-day queries and emergency situations. Interpreting leases and ensuring covenants are enforced

  • Produce section 20 notices where applicable and Co-ordinate with building surveyors and external consultants on minor & major work.

  • Attend site meetings for minor works and instruct contractors on call outs

  • Liaise with other internal teams including the Lettings and Asset Management teams on internal and external redecorations projects.
