Salary: £32,000-£38,000

Our client focuses on delivering the highest level of customer service and working hard to achieve exceptional results, and are looking for someone who can replicate this in their day to day work.

Keys responsibilities

• Manage a property portfolio of between 80-100 properties

• Build professional relationship with your tenants and landlords

• Develop strong working relationships with contractors and instruct contractors accordingly

• Ability to respond and investigate landlord and tenant queries quickly and by communicating effectively

• Manage any pre-tenancy work associated with new lets so the property is ready for new tenants

• Arrange any necessary maintenance for the properties and ensure contractor invoices are added to the landlord account

• Arrange Gas safety and Electrical reports

• Carry out Property Inspections

• Discuss and resolve rent arrears with landlords and tenants

• Negotiate the renewal of a tenancy on behalf of your landlord

• Manage the end of tenancy process with tenants and landlord

• Negotiate the deposit return within the correct time frames

• Submit TDS claims if necessary

Desirable

• Full clean driving licence

• Strong property management experience.

• Exceptional IT skills including Excel, Word

• ARLA Qualification
