Our client - a progressive Asset Management Company are looking for an experienced Property Manager (AST) to head up their residential arm of the business and really take this forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong PM, perhaps from an estate agency background ready to use their knowledge to step up, oversee and influence a portfolio and the residential offering of a progressive property business. You will look after a number of key and valued clients from day one and contribute both operationally in terms of ensuring smooth management of the portfolio but also strategically in terms of helping to drive the company forward.

What The Role Will Give You:
A salary for £35000-£45000 + discretionary bonus

What You Will be Doing:
Ensuring exemplary customer service at all times
Overseeing the residential portfolio for your clients
Managing the full tenancy cycle processes from check-ins to move-outs
Recommending improvements to streamline processes and enhance service where possible
Ensuring the portfolio is compliant in terms of all certification, checks and notices.
Being a knowledge base for lettings legislation to advice and support clients and colleagues
Being responsive and providing solutions to tenant and client issues with efficiency, honesty and integrity
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting regular property visits and reporting to clients
Organising estimates with contractors and managing the process for repairs and maintenance works
Arranging and project managing large works, including full refurbishment
Take ownership of the residential management arm to continuously deliver the best service and contribute to the company as a whole
