Property Manager (Block Management)
Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: North West London
Cobalt are partnering with a market leading managing agent based in the North West London, who are looking to hire an experienced block manager to join their successful and growing team.
You will have the opportunity to lead a the management of a portfolio of around 700 units. The role has come to fruition due to the business winning a great development and needing to expand the team.
Your role will also include:
Oversee major works projects and manage the section 20 process
Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
Liaising with contractors regarding general maintenance
Site visits to ensure good building condition
Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
Chairing AGM's for your residents
***Experience in Block (Leasehold Property) Management is essential***
