Senior Property Manager
Based London
Salary up to £60,000
This is a new role and a great opportunity to work for a well-established London managing agent. In this role you will be left alone to manage your own portfolio and have your own Assistant Property Manager working alongside you helping with the day to day management.
This position has come around due to growth within the company as they already have 3000 units lined up to be taking on over the next year. This means that you'll be given the opportunity to work with new clients and new developments within the company, building relationships from scratch.
Attributes Required:
Ideally MIRPM qualified.
Experienced in managing RMC or RTM clients.
Previous London experience.
Up-to-date ARMA regulation knowledge.
Strong Service Charge management.
A background in building relationships with new clients.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with a maximum of one day a week working in the office and potentially 4 days from home.
