Senior Property Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

My client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to work on a fixed term contract managing a key investor client with a North West based portfolio.

The appointed Property Manager must be able to demonstrate experience of working with Pension Funds and Investors, comfortable with lease management and service budgeting. Key duties will include:

• Manage relationships with both Tenants and Landlords

• Set and manage service charge budgets, ensuring excellence in the management of the portfolio, with full compliance in line with client KPIs

• Attend asset management meetings, giving recommendations where necessary

• Coordinate, assist, prepare and review the Management Reports, Service Charge Reconciliation and Service Charge Budget packs

• Update and record lease events, reporting these to the client

• Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record in commercial property and lease management

• Service charge management experience of setting and managing budgets

• A strong Health & Safety awareness

• A working knowledge and understanding of the RICS Service Charge Code
