One of the world's largest Property Investors is looking for a Senior Property Relationship Manager to join their team.
The role is working as the Global Oversight Manager for all relationship management activities, as well as managing a team and their independent portfolios.
Key Senior Relationship Manager roles include:
Managing the two direct reports performance and career progression opportunities.
Global management of third party property managers and suppliers.
Strategy development for key stakeholders.
Shaping and managing governance arrangements between various parties.
Key Experience:
Real Estate Professional (MRICS preferable but not essential).
Comprehensive knowledge of Property and Real Estate Management process.
Experience in managing people and their performance.
Experience in supplier relationship management.
Salary will be dependent on experience and ranges between £70,000-£90,000 plus benefits.
