An excellent career opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful Commercial team working on huge projects within the Commercial, Residential, Education and Industrial sectors. In this position you will have the opportunity to join a well-regarded, diverse and experienced Consultancy in Manchester to be responsible to work on interesting projects throughout the stages from concept to completion. Our client, a highly recognised and well established Project & Cost Management Consultancy are growing their team, offering projects ranging from £1million to £100million varying in size and complexity.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Cost Management team, you will be required to work effectively in managing clients' expectations, adhering to time scales and managing workload. You will be responsible for Assistant Quantity Surveyors below you, whilst managing 2-3 projects at any one time. Candidates with a track record of developments within quantity surveying and cost management with pre and post contract experience are of strong interest. A hands on attitude, working both independently and part of a team are vital to succeed within this position. Experience working for a Consultancy or Developer on relevant projects would be ideal for this role.
