Our client has had an extremely busy start to 2021 and require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their in-house planning team that bring forward sites across the length and breadth of the UK. With their focus firmly within the commercial, residential and industrial sector you will be tasked with delivering a number of projects at any one time, working with the Associate and Director to see the project from concept to completion and overseeing the Assistant Quantity Surveyors to assist in delivering success.

Working within a fast-paced environment this is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious, confident and personable Senior Quantity Surveyor that has a desire to utilise their Quantity Surveying experience to deliver expertise and commercial advice. Our client works out of state of the art offices in Birmingham and you will be working within a collaborative and exciting Property team that will provide you with superb career progression opportunities.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a demonstrable track record of success in delivering commercial or residential projects within a consultancy or client-side environment. Chartered RICS membership will be beneficial, and the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, Clients and consultants.
