Cobalt are proud to be working closely with one of the most recognisable Main Contractors as they continue to bring forward projects across the UK.
Our client has had an extremely busy start to 2021 and requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to join the Birmingham team that brings forward sites across the length and breadth of the UK. With their focus firmly within the build sector you will be tasked with delivering a number of projects at any one time, working closely with other Commercial Managers to see the project from concept to completion and overseeing the Assistant Quantity Surveyors on site to assist in delivering success.
Working within a fast-paced environment this is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious, confident and personable Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager that has a desire to utilise their commercial experience to deliver expertise and commercial advice. Our clients offices are based in Birmingham and you will be working within a collaborative and exciting Property team on site that will provide you with superb career progression opportunities.
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager will have a demonstrable track record of success in delivering commercial or residential projects within a consultancy or client-side environment. Main Contracting experience is essential within this role where you can demonstrate on site experience on large scale projects within the Residential and Commercial sector.
