A leading UK real estate consultancy is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join their Commercial Real Estate Research team based in London. This will be a 12-month fixed term contract (with potential to go permanent).
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of insights, with a focus on contributing to their highly respected research publications.
Key Senior Research Analyst responsibilities include:
Collating and analysing data, writing reports on market trends and preparing presentations.
Key point of contact for internal and external requests.
Data collection, manipulations and analysis.
Production of market reports and publications.
Key Senior Research Analyst requirements:
Degree and/or Masters qualified.
Strong attention to detail and ability to convey analysis into written and visual outputs.
Strong Excel skills.
Analytic acumen and numerical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary from £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
Office is based in Central London but they also offer flexible working.
