My client is a global commercial real estate advisor with a strong Property Management function who now require a Senior Service Charge Consultant for the Service Charge Consultancy team. The role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to join an expanding and dedicated team. Working within the Service Charge Consultancy team, the role will involve:

• Managing client portfolios, including regular meetings with clients

• Reviewing legal documentation to establish recoverable costs and liability

• Analysing service charge documentation

• Entering into discussions in relation to findings

• Liaising with lawyers and managing agents

• Assisting with the development of the team, including meeting with potential new clients

• Identifying and progressing potential fee, cross selling and business development opportunities

Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to interpret data

• Negotiation skills

• Ability to prioritise workload and time

• Professional manner at all times

• Excellent Excel and Word skills
