They offer cutting-edge analytics tools and services that empower clients to make informed decisions and optimise their real estate investments. They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of LAMP stack applications to support the company's real estate analytics platforms.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop efficient and high-quality code in languages such as PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, following best practices for software development.
Optimise application performance and scalability to support data-intensive analytics and real-time processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, providing ongoing support for existing applications.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on coding standards and development practices.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the LAMP stack and software development.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer, with a strong background in LAMP stack applications (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong experience with database design and management, including MySQL or similar databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in real estate analytics or a related industry is a plus.
