A multidisciplinary property consultancy working across London and the South East is currently seeking a Chartered Senior Surveyor to join their real estate team.
Reporting to the Director of Property Consultancy, you will be dealing with a range of private and public sector clients and will also play a significant part in growing and developing the property consultancy offering.
Key responsibilities:
Delivering on time, accurate and well-presented reports, and advice to clients.
Identify and action new possible areas of business growth.
Contributing to the development of processes of the team, and training of more junior team members.
Ensure efficiency of work and be able to understand financial aspects to achieve peak project profitability.
Personal specifications:
Relevant degree and MRICS.
Commercial knowledge of London/South East.
IT literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, Argus Investor and Argus Developer.
Experience with technical delivery within a consultancy environment.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Evidence of contributing to public sector Estate Strategy initiatives (ideal).
Salary: £50,000- £60,000, plus benefits and bonus.
