Senior Surveyor - Asset Management

An independent Real Estate Investment Manager is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Asset Management team based in their Cambridge City office.

As a business they invest on behalf of family offices, PE investment partners and institutions. They cover the UK and focus on a range of asset classes including commercial office, retail, industrial, leisure, health-care, residential and mixed use. This individual will support the wider asset management and investment team on a range of asset management instructions and projects.

Day-to-day Senior Surveyor responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with asset management activities (leasing, capex and development/refurbishments).

• Performing portfolio and asset level analysis.

• Preparation of business plans for new and existing assets.

• Appraising development/refurbishment projects.

• Liaising and managing external agents.

• Tenant liaison.

• Assist with the creation of quarterly and annual asset management reports.

Key requirements:

• Degree qualified.

• Member of RICS is essential.

• Experience working in a valuation, property management, asset management or a leasing role.

• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.

• Excellent report writing skills.

Salary from £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.

Office based in Cambridge City Centre.
