Senior Surveyor- Transactions

A market leading consultancy are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their Transactions team.

​

This role will be working alongside a top institutional client on their acquisitions and disposals, with a steer towards office and retail assets, gaining exposure not only in the UK, but across the European market.

​

You will gain great client facing experience, and will take responsibility for the client accounts alongside the Directors within the business.

​

This is a great role for gaining key transactional exposure across assets and geographies.

​

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing key acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, lease terminations, and property surplus activity.

• Being a pivotal channel of communication for key stakeholders through verbal and written reports.

• Analysing client portfolios and creating revenue opportunities.

• Managing key responsibilities for project delivery.
