Senior Surveyor - Valuation

An independent multi-practice firm of Chartered RICS Surveyors & Valuers, are in search of a Senior Surveyor to join their entrepreneurial team based in London.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Producing detailed reports to advise clients on how to maximise their property investments and development projects.

• Produce loan security valuations to advise DCL's banking clients.

• Visiting assets directly, travelling to different schemes.

• Having a prominent role in providing advice directly to clients, including active business development of new opportunities.

• Provide Expert Witness reports for business and property disputes.

• Be responsible for research into for catchment areas for schools, pubs, demographic, and proximity to transport links.

• The expectation to work across the business which includes advising across investment, development leasing initiatives.

• Handle other duties such as Agency and Development when required.

Valuation Requirements:

• MRICS & able to produce Red Book Valuations.

• Excellent report writing skills.

• Full driving license.

• Ability to communicate efficiently and concisely.

Salary: competitive and encompassing generous bonus in addition to basic salary.
