Service Charge Analyst

Service Charge Analyst, Full-Time, Permanent, Leeds, £30,000 Per Annum

My client is a leading global property consultancy looking for a Service Charge Analyst to join their growing team in central Leeds.

Main duties include

• Data Analysis
• Ensuring costs are in line with comparable data
• Analysing and interpreting legal documentation
• Investigating costs to ensure they are recoverable under lease terms
• Reviewing sub-tenant portfolios to identify what costs can be recharged
• Identifying cost savings and reviewing cost variances
• Requesting data from third parties
• Negotiating with third parties
• Producing reports where required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Background in real estate (preferred not essential)
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft package
• Professional telephone and written manner
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work well both in a team and individually
