Cobalt Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major cladding replacement project. Our client is a Tier 1 main contractor and is a world leader in the construction industry.

Working on a 6 residential apartment block the successful candidate will supervise the sub-contractors on site and be responsible for all aspects of site safety.

The block is 20 stories high. You will need to be comfortable working at height. Ideally, you will hold IPAF MCWP qualifications, IPAF MEWP qualifications and TSAE cradle but this is not essential as training can be provided.

You will manage quality and ensure Managers are kept up to date with the day-to-day supervision of the site.

Must have:

CSCS

SSSTS

HSEQ Training

Experience of rainscreen cladding systems

Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 (dependant on experience)
