The Role

• Lead the implementation of the Software to clients requirements

• Execute project plans and task activities with time and budget constraints

• Capture business requirements for functional operations and data migration activities

• Take the lead on System testing and deployment, along with delivering system training to key stakeholders with external clients

• Be responsible for project documentation, including client requirements, specifications, scripts & training matters

• Expand client relationships through revenue growth and product adoption

The Requirements

• Candidates must have a proven track record in consulting / implementations

• Experience within the Real Estate experience is desirable

• Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, and online payments is a benefit

• Passionate about improving and digitizing the online customer experience and branding

• Ability to work in a pressurised environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client-facing role
