Cobalt have partnered with a leading global property management firm, specializing in managing and maintaining the most prestigious and luxurious properties. They pride themselves on providing a level of service that is unparalleled in the industry, catering to the needs of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and Prime property owners.
They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Super Prime Property Manager to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of exclusive, high-value properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that the needs of their clients are met with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for UHNWI and Prime property owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met at all times.
Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and other necessary services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the properties under your care.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their properties.
Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously look for ways to improve their services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on UHNWI and Prime properties.
Strong understanding of the luxury property market, including the unique needs and expectations of UHNWI clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
