Systems Manager - Horizon
London
Up to £65k DOE

Cobalt are working with a reputable Real Estate Landlord who are seeking an experience Systems Manager with a background in Finance and working across Property Management systems to support in the implementation and migration of a new system within the businesses Property Management Accounts team.

Core responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all operational software systems are used in the most efficient and practical way

  • Manage the implementation of new systems and processes.

  • Identifying software solutions to meet requirements

  • Preparation for system implementation including data capture

  • Implementing new system and deliver training to in-house users

  • Ensure day to day help-desk queries resolved in timely manner; review and adopt service pack updates as appropriate;

  • Maintain existing reports and create new and ad-hoc reports to meet the company requirements

  • Work with Accounting, Operations and IT to ensure that API links with other systems are appropriate and develop additional data transfers for reporting purposes

  • Regularly review data integrity and develop further controls to ensure the systems are operating in line with good governance policies

Personal Specification:

  • Experience of financial accounting and systems knowledge or similar Desirable

  • Have experience with Horizon (Qube PM) or other property management systems such as Yardi and Tramps

  • Experience with SQL and Oracle

  • Strong Excel skills, inclusive of complex formulae and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data

  • Highly numerate and systems driven
