Our client is looking for an Internal Recruiter/ Talent Acquisitions advisor to collaborate with their Luxury Real-Estate consultancy based in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to own and control the end-to-end recruitment process for both the London and the Rural Property business lines.

You will be working closely with the Head of Recruitment and various HR Business Partners as well as working directly with hiring managers. This is an integral role in building the talent for the future and you will have the ability to work both autonomously and closely with a great team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for providing dedicated recruitment support to recruiting managers and deliver the resourcing plan for both now and in the future.

  • Liaising with stakeholders to assess team needs and manage recruitment processes.

  • Full management of the recruitment process for roles within the Residential and Rural business line.

  • Working in line with the recruitment processes and procedures, providing regular updates to the HR Business Partners/Hiring Managers and Head of Recruitment.

Essential experience

  • Experience of managing end-to-end innovative recruitment campaigns.

  • Work experience either within an internal recruitment or from a broad agency background

  • Knowledge of recruiting roles in the Real Estate sector is desirable but not essential

  • Ability to advise and challenge recruiting managers on appropriate recruitment methods ensuring compliance with the relevant policy (especially in relation to equality/inclusion)

  • Working knowledge of employment law as it applies to recruitment

  • Strong interpersonal skills, evidence of stakeholder/relationship management, and business focus
