Team Coordinator



My client are an independent market leading property consultancy based in London who are looking for a Team PA to provide support to the Managing partners EA. This position will require you to provide support to the HR, finance and marketing team ensuring that these departments work closely and cohesively together to achieve the smooth running of the firm.

Key responsibilities;

  • Manage complex and challenging diaries

  • Organising internal and externals meetings and calls within the Firm

  • Preparing presentation and other materials

  • Help organise seminars, client or staff entertainment and other events when required

  • Organise travel arrangements

Key skills;

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and under pressure

  • Positive and empathetic approach to others and capable of working as an integral part of a team

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Positive, friendly & enthusiastic attitude
