Team Assistant to Asset Management
Maternity cover, 12 months contract
£35-38k D.O.E

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, successful global real estate investment company, who currently have 19 billion dollars in assets under management. This organisation are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join the administration team on a maternity cover 12-month contract. This role will be to support their Asset Management team, Directors and wider team.
The role will involve;
Facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of the Asset Management (AM) team's business activities by providing an effective administrative and secretarial support service.
To also be a team member for the Admin Team and whole office by providing general support as required.
Provide a full administrative and secretarial service for the Asset Management team as well as the Operational Reporting and Development personnel (14 people in total)
Diary management
Responsiveness and contribution to company strategy and operations as a whole.
Coordinate internal/external meetings, calls and video conferences across various time zones
The organisation of asset tours, collate all relevant materials and access arrangements
Assist in the production of business plans annually
Coordinate Asset Management team's internal events
Manage team's incoming calls
Book restaurants, taxis, flights and couriers
General support and assistance to the team, including, handling invoices enquires, minute taking, maintaining contact lists, business cards, filing etc
Liaise and work close with the PA of Head of AM to facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of Asset Management team's business activities
Liaise and work closely with the Executive Assistant and the rest of the Admin Team to develop, operate and maintain administrative processes and systems to support and optimise the work of the office as a whole and seek opportunities to improve working practices and procedures
Key Skills/Experience Required
Solid experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Service minded, self-motivated, a team player, committed and with a positive attitude
Attention to detail and ability to multi task
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment
