This is an excellent opportunity to join this residential property business working with the Sales and Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • General administration including generating memos, emails, letter, preparing meeting minute and reports

  • Assist the Senior Sales Co-ordinator with CRM activity such as data input and reports

  • Prepare and send out mail outs, newsletter and develop HTMLs

  • Maintain an accurate training log for the onsite sales team

  • Oversea diary management to ensure they are scheduled efficiently

Background

  • Familiar with GDPR to always ensure compliant

  • Excellent proof-reading skills and good attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Strong time management and organisation skills.

  • Must be able to work autonomously, use own initiative and be forward thinking.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and the capability to send HTMLs would be an advantage.

  • Background in real estate is desirable but not essential.
