Team secretary JN-74351

My client are a forward thinking, modern development company who are looking for a team secretary to assist with the day-to-day functions of the Directors through proactively providing administrative assistance, both planned and ad hoc. The right individual will also be actively involved with the wider administrative function and provide support to all team members.

Duties include;

  • Proactive diary management for the Directors and Finance team (3 Directors, 1 team)
  • Coordinate and attend team meetings
  • Draft emails, memos and any other company forms for review and subsequent distribution
  • Attend and contribute to monthly Admin meetings
  • Cover reception desk on a rota basis
  • Ensure the office appearance is maintained to a high standard through encouraging staff to adhere to the clean desk policy, clearing printers of unwanted paper, and watering office plants on a regular basis

Key skills;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within a large, corporate organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to develop an understanding of how the wider business operates
  • Credible, and comfortable in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience with diary management
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable to any given situation
