Company Overview

Cobalt is once again working closely with one of the world's largest Real Estate investors globally. Due to the growth globally, our client is looking to expand within their Asset Management team to support the growth of the business and is looking for an Open-minded, self-starting, pro-active Technology & Data Lead specialist to help support the growth of the business

Role Responsibilities

• Future proof and challenge the organisation on status quo v maximising tech and data automation to realise the efficiency, improve accuracy and speed of delivery

• Considerable legacy to unpick and new systems and data flows to be plugged in

• Working closely with the business team, transformation, and project delivery teams - the role will be focused on the HOW v project governance / detailed design work.

• Be focused on working closely with key stakeholders across the Real Assets platform supporting large scale implementation and upgrades of legacy systems

• Be responsible for project documentation, including client requirements, specifications, scripts & training matters

Role Requirements

• Have a deep understanding of data and tech solutions in the Real Assets space.

• Successful track record in implementing new tech/data operating models in the Real Assets space.

• Best in class mindset and approach to drive change, culture, and different ways of operating.

• Be a proactive team player with a strong commitment to high standards and getting the job done

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
