Technical Account Manager - Real Estate Software
£40k - £45k + Package
Buckinghamshire / London

Cobalt is delighted to be working alongside a successful global software provider who is currently looking to hire an individual to act as a Technical Account Manager for their key clients. Having had great success introducing a new piece of Proptech to their US Client base they are now looking to expand this offering into the UK.

The appointed individual will come from a Finance / Accountancy background and have a real aptitude for technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and setting up new clients once contracts are signed

  • Working with consultants throughout the implementation stage until clients are live with the software

  • Advising clients on the status of their queries and providing a solution to their issue

  • Maintaining the support logs accordingly with all action taken and information gathered during the resolution of queries

  • Escalating issues identified during the day-to-day activities to management if necessary

  • Visiting clients quarterly on-site and maintaining a relationship along with providing an Account Management plan for every visit and detailing action required

  • Assisting peers with cases/training

  • Arranging upgrades for clients and implementing

  • Ensuring clients support units are always in a positive position and escalating if necessary

Personal Attributes:

  • Previous experience working within Real Estate would be advantageous

  • A strong background within Finance and Accounting

  • Exposure working / sound knowledge of property management systems

  • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external clients

  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client facing role

  • Keen to be in a client facing role
