The Role

  • To research, edit, update & maintain a best-in-class technical manual in a variety of formats

  • Work efficiently and accurately in content management systems, adhering to best practices and departmental standards for terminology and content management

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders within the SME space to establish what key specifications are required

  • Maintain updates and revisions to technical documentation and materials as new issues occur

  • Analyse written and published content to maintain continuity of style

  • Ensure technical documents are published on schedule


  • A minimum of 1-year experience in content writing is essential

  • Experience in the software market would be advantageous

  • Preference to have a working knowledge of one or more of the following: Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat Pro, help-system authoring tools, Microsoft Visual Studio Team Explorer, and Camtasia or other multimedia tools;

  • Strong time management skills and an ability to take accountability for completing projects

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
