Highly successful and unique independent agency are looking for a superbly organised, knowledgeable and committed individual to take ownership of Tenancy Progression and Renewals. This role is one of the most important in the business because through your service and expertise, the sales and lettings teams have a prolific supply of applicants and properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager or Lettings Coordinator perhaps from a corporate background looking to step up and be a key part of a smaller boutique agency who really value their staff. The Role:

  • Responsibility 1: Creating and maintaining strong client relationships with our Landlords and Tenants. Yours is a trust building role and opportunity to be that knight in shining white armour.

  • Responsibility 2: You will take over from the point a holding deposit is received process references, draft tenancy documentation, manage referencing, ensure compliance and make certain all pre tenancy monies are clear.

  • Responsibility 3: Oversee tenancy renewals, liaising with tenants and landlords, processing renewal paperwork, negotiating rent and break clauses, checking compliance.

  • Responsibility 4 - Be a point of authority on compliance and tenancy documentation

  • Responsibility 5 - Administer and maintain thorough and accurate files. Your use of our software needs to be optimum

  • Responsibility 6 - Be the bridge between Lettings, Property Management and Accounts, You will be working closely with all departments to ensure tenancies run smoothly and as a team everyone is well-organised, effective, build the very best relationships with clients, Landlords and Tenants alike.

You Will Be:

  1. Ideally ARLA qualified

  2. Previous experience in Tenancy Progression and Renewals is essential, be it specific or in Property Management

  3. Experience using Reapit preferred or other industry software advantageous

  4. Be a Planning and Organisation Guru - The whole team will be relying on the relationships you build and service you deliver, so you're going to need to excel in this field.

  5. Innovation & Development - We want you to have your say on our processes and encourage you to suggest and implement changes where improvements can be made.

  6. Communication and Reaction - you will be the face and voice of the company so the ability to listen and understand what is needed in any situation is key.

  7. Team Player - This is essential as we judge ourselves as a unit and our teamwork and team spirit is key to our success.

  8. Hard-working and fun - we bundle the two together here because you need to be a driven and committed individual wanting to excel at your job and also create a good atmosphere in the process.
