Transaction Manager (9-month FTC)
Based Birmingham or flexible location with travel

My client is a leader in commercial real estate services with a dedicated team of portfolio management specialists who deliver significant change through estates transformation on behalf of both public and private occupiers.
The Birmingham team have an immediate requirement for a Fixed Term Contract Transaction Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of high volume commercial property transactions on behalf of a UK based client.
Key duties will include.
Overseeing the delivery of a variety of transactions including lease renewals, regears, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all programme deliverables/transactions.
Working to tight timescales, ensure that client projects are commenced in a timely manner, maintaining regular engagement with key stakeholders throughout.
Be accountable for the delivery of all programme commissions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Liaise with clients and their solicitors to ensure minimal disruption to programme timescales.
The successful candidate must be interested in working on a fixed term basis to achieve key milestones for this particular client project. You will have previously worked in a property/transaction team, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable managing /handling data with strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
