Transaction Manager (9-month FTC)

Based Birmingham or flexible location with travel

My client is a leader in commercial real estate services with a dedicated team of portfolio management specialists who deliver significant change through estates transformation on behalf of both public and private occupiers.

The Birmingham team have an immediate requirement for a Fixed Term Contract Transaction Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of high volume commercial property transactions on behalf of a UK based client.

Key duties will include.

  • Overseeing the delivery of a variety of transactions including lease renewals, regears, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all programme deliverables/transactions.

  • Working to tight timescales, ensure that client projects are commenced in a timely manner, maintaining regular engagement with key stakeholders throughout.

  • Be accountable for the delivery of all programme commissions, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Liaise with clients and their solicitors to ensure minimal disruption to programme timescales.

The successful candidate must be interested in working on a fixed term basis to achieve key milestones for this particular client project. You will have previously worked in a property/transaction team, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable managing /handling data with strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
