One of the top Advisory firms in London is looking for a Surveyor to join their Transactions team.
This is a great role to gain client facing exposure, working alongside businesses who have huge growth potential and have been significantly backed by Private Equity money, providing professional advice and services to clients, and with the aid of Directors, creating bespoke strategies for these companies.
This account works alongside some extremely progressive and cutting edge businesses, and is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of the Real Estate industry.
Key responsibilities:
Use client portfolio data to maximise efficiency and create revenue opportunities for clients.
To manage acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, lease terminations and property surplus activity.
Ensure delivery against client, individual and team KPI targets.
Track projects against agreed processes and schedules.
Key skills:
Base understanding of excel cashflows and how to interrogate them.
Ownership of project planning and delivery.
Understanding of business development and client relationship management.
