Valuation Audit Manager

Cobalt has been exclusively retained by VAS Valuation Group to secure the appointment of a Valuation Audit Manager. Importantly, the role is a hybrid arrangement and therefore opens the applicant geography to include three locations - North East, North West, and South West of England, however the company can be flexible for the right candidate.

We are eager to converse with seasoned valuation professionals with a min. of 5 years PQE in the specialism, considering the methodical and technical nature of the auditing and reporting process.

The individual will possess the strong understanding and knowledge of:

-Valuations across all sectors of real estate; commercial, development and trading valuations.

-Residual appraisals and associated risks to Lenders.

-Undertaking valuations for lending purposes.

-Experience in auditing and peer reviewing Red Book valuations for lending purposes.

-An understanding of the property lending market.

-Categorising data based on audit findings.
