Valuation Surveyor (Surveyor - Director Level)

A leading UK real estate advisory firm are looking to expand their Valuations team across their London and regional teams. These locations include London, Southampton, Thames Valley, Milton Keynes, Essex, Cambridge, Manchester Birmingham and Sheffield.

They are looking for professionally Chartered Valuation Surveyors from Surveyor through to Associate Director (and Director level for Sheffield).

As a team they focus on providing advice across both the commercial and residential markets, including secured lending for major banks and lenders, portfolio valuations and development.

Key Valuation Surveyor Requirements:

• Member of RICS (RICS Registered Valuer is preferred).

• Experience providing specialist advice across secured lending and/or portfolio valuations.

• Excellent report writing and numerical skills.

• Ability to maintain and develop new business (from Senior Surveyor level and above).

• Ability to manage and mentor others (from Senior Surveyor level and above).

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Argus.

Salary will range depending on level - Surveyor: £37,000 - £45,000, Senior Surveyor: £45,000 - £55,000, Associate Director: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, Director: £65,000 +. Plus, a fantastic benefits package, including car allowance, pension and private health-care.

Your office would be one of the locations listed above, however they also offer a mix of working from home and office.
