Vice President - Portfolio Monitoring

I have partnered exclusively with an exceptional private equity firm, in their search for a Vice President within their Portfolio team.

This position involves supporting the execution of transactions and value add asset management, through the reporting of data throughout their European portfolio. You will be providing a vital reporting function within an opportunistic business, passionate about real estate investment. In addition, you will also be managing a boutique and close-knit team of established employees with excellent financial acumen in place.

The key duties include:

• Reporting of data and financial information across the European portfolio, designed to drive both investment and asset management strategies

• Responsibility for the annual strategic asset planning process for the European real estate portfolio

• Manage and oversee the portfolio monitoring team, with the benefit of established and senior team in place with exceptional financial acumen

• Produce detailed asset and sector level analysis, in turn producing vital insights into the portfolio dynamics

The successful candidate will have established experience working within a financial and data driven environment, where their insights have been key to driving investment and asset management decisions.
